“The deep roots never doubt spring will come.”
I read a PhD dissertation a few months ago from a client, and the hypothesis was that belief is more powerful than accuracy. Essentially what they demonstrated was that an individual that is wrong but speaks with authority and powerful, persuasive language is more likely to be perceived as an expert than someone with more truthful and accurate statements that are conveyed with poor communication and lack of belief in their position.
This is why politicians can bold face lie to you and you will believe them, even if the economics show they are 100% wrong.
This is why your friend can make a convincing argument to get you to go out and break your diet or other discipline.
This is why if you have a well-researched business plan grounded in daily activities that are structurally reinforced (like having a daily countdown of your 10 Introductions as well as feeder lists), you can convince yourself that you will succeed and then actually do so because you are selling yourself.
If you eliminate doubt from your mind and heart, you will blossom this Spring.
