Thinking your significant other is a-ok just because they don’t blatantly tell you they need help is all too common and slowly destroys the foundations a relationship is built on.

Assuming that all is good with your client because they haven’t called you is quiet quitting on them and they might be preparing to quit you.

Believing all is good because there are no great signs otherwise is how firms lose talent and their edge.

  • Ask the questions.
  • Check in.
  • Invest time in proactively looking for problems, or else by the time you notice it will be too late and everything will come tumbling down.
