“Practice creates the master.” -Don Miguel Ruiz
As a scrawny asthmatic kid I was physically weak, barely able to do a pushup.
As an early teen, public speaking was paralyzing.
I did both.
I got better and stronger.
By high school I was doing 100 pushups each morning, and by college I was speaking in front of hundreds of people.
And I kept practicing. And I keep practicing.
I am a martial arts Master, 100% because of my decades of practice.
I speak to hundreds of thousands of people or more a year, and I practice every day.
You can practice too, but do you choose to be a novice out of fear of hard work?
